Join Kate for a fun and fulfilling day learning how to carve and print with artists lino. You’ll learn how to design for printmaking before carving lino with Kate’s top tips. After lunch you can enjoy printing onto beautiful papers with colourful inks. Don’t forget your apron!
Kate is an artist printmaker and exhibits regularly in the New Forest and beyond, including with the Cow Print Makers at our Five Arrows Gallery from 6th June to 12th July. She will guide you through each step, from composing your design to transforming it into your own print.
If you have inspiration for your own lino block then please bring them along. You will be working on A5 blocks.
The workshop is from 10am to 4pm, tickets are £85 including all materials and lunch.
