A Wonderful Weekend of Wellness

July 9, 2026

The first Exbury Wellness Festival, on 13th-14th June, was a huge success with busy sessions across a wide range of disciplines.

One of the goals of the event was to make the disciplines on offer accessible to people looking to make more time for wellness. The drop-in sessions allowed visitors to gauge which activities were suitable for them and also introduced them to local specialists able to answer questions and offer advice. Many visitors commented how lovely it was to be able to take part in so many different activities.

Exbury’s kokedama workshops were extremely popular as was the Family Wellness Trail that will be reappearing during the summer holidays.

We are very thankful to the following people for their contribution to the weekend:

  • Aaron Davis – Tai Chi (and for helping us assemble a range of excellent contributors)
  • Graham Carter – Breathwork and Movement
  • Graham Carter & Tracey-Lee Glasspool – Forest Bathing and Medicine Bag Workshop
  • Helen Westwood – Pilates
  • Hayley Loader – Yoga
  • Estelle Carey – Sound Therapy
  • Cowprint Artists’ Group – Art Workshops
  • Enchanted Bubbles
  • Sparks & Seeds
  • Solace Sauna x PortaSauna
  • New Forest Apothecary
  • The Noble Bee
  • Pegasus Crystals
  • The Little Kitchen Company

A special thank you to Charlotte de Rothschild for making the festival possible.

We are planning to run the event annually so watch the website for next year’s dates, nearer the time.
