Exbury offers a great day out for groups

Whether you’re a local garden society, coach operator, WI group or a big family wanting to take advantage of discounted admission, what better place to enjoy a group day out than at Exbury?

If your party numbers 15 or more, you qualify for our group rates as well as a variety of benefits, provided that payment is made as one transaction.

We welcome groups any day during our open season: 8th March-2nd November 2025

Group Guided Tours

We offer a variety of guided tours ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours in length.

Our tours are usually led by gardeners or senior staff members, all of whom have an in depth knowledge of Exbury’s 200 acres and the history of the gardens. All tours are adjusted to suit the flowering season, which means that whatever time your group decides to visit you’ll see the very best areas of Exbury Gardens.

Meet and Greet

Enjoy a welcome to Exbury plus hear a brief overview of the history of Exbury Gardens from a senior staff member.

Senior Guide tour

Enjoy an in-depth insight into the history of Exbury Gardens as you walk through the gardens, including anecdotes about the de Rothschild family from a senior member of staff.

Senior Gardener tour

Great for horticulture enthusiasts. A senior Gardener will give a detailed tour of a selected area of the gardens, picking out plants of note and offering insights into their significance here at Exbury.

Group catering

Mr Eddy’s Restaurant is ideal for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea with your group. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside the restaurant and the option of booking the Azalea Room for a more private group meal.

Mr Eddy’s offers various set group menu options, which you can book before your visit.

Events & activities
