Wellness means different things to different people: nourishing the body, stimulating the mind, staying active, engaging with others, finding harmony and balance, reconnecting with nature… Whatever you seek from your wellness journey, we can get you started with the help of a group of local practitioners, all passionate about their chosen disciplines.
The Exbury Wellness Festival is taking place on 13th-14th June, with an exciting line-up of activities to take part in.
If you have ever wanted to make more time for wellness in your life but didn’t know where to start, which activity is right for you or who to talk to, then this event is for you!
Our festival marquee will be filled with wonderful local wellness practitioners offering friendly advice and a packed timetable of free sessions for you to take part in.
These will include:

- Breathwork for calm, energy and connection
- Movement for strength, mobility and vitality
- Yoga
- Sound Therapy
