Talk: Pine Martens in the New Forest

This event is now fully booked.

Discover the remarkable story of the pine marten’s return to the New Forest, with Marcus Ward, Director of Wild New Forest Guided Tours CIC.

Marcus will explore pine marten’s ecology and behaviour, how we monitor them (including camera traps and DNA techniques), what recent findings reveal about their distribution, and how local communities can help this elusive native carnivore thrive.

Tickets are free for this fascinating talk in the Azalea Room adjacent to Mr Eddy’s Restaurant.  The talk starts at 5pm and will last for approximately 45 minutes.
